The Winchester School Band to perform at The Poetic Heart 2019

Dubai, UAE – 2nd February 2019 – Students from The Winchester School, Jebel Ali are all set to perform once again at the eighth edition of The Poetic Heart being held on 3rd February at EIBFS Auditorium, Dubai.

The school band which has been a highlight of the previous editions comprise of 18 students from Year 5 to Year 13.

Meenakshi Dahiya, Principal and CEO of The Winchester School, Jebel Ali said ‘It’s a pleasure for our students to perform with the appreciation and motivation, our students receive at The Poetic Heart, year on year. We have a talented group of students under the guidance of Sunil Joseph, our Music Teacher and Iam confident that the students will once again impress the audience with their performance’.

The Poetic Heart provides a platform for budding school poets in UAE to recite with renowned global poets. Along with Poetry recital, music forms an integral part of this initiative.

Over the years, The Winchester School, Jebel Ali band has been receiving overwhelming response and a standing ovation from the audience and this year, seems to be no different.
