Ms Meenakshi Dahiya is an educator par excellence- a nurturer, a true leader and a trailblazer. Ms Meenakshi is a strong advocate of the " Growth Mindset" and instills the belief in staff, students and parents alike that they are capable of doing superlative things. The Growth mindset philosophy has been a great impetus to everyone in school. Ms Meenakshi as an exemplary head of the Winchester family provides everyone with all the tools they need to become best version of themselves. She is wonderfully kind, amazingly committed and motivating, a very good listener, a problem solver, a visionary, a role model, fair and consistent and has a heart which cares for all.
